Exchanges
Can I Exchange My Items?
Yes, you can exchange products purchased from iFuShop within 14 days of purchase, provided that:
- The item is faulty, damaged, or defective at the time of delivery.
- The item does not match the original specifications or is different from what you ordered.

Each exchange request is reviewed on a case-by-case basis to ensure fairness. If the item is found to be defective, a replacement will be sent. Customers must provide photographic evidence of the damaged or defective item via email before processing an exchange.
Scenarios Where Exchange is Not Possible:
- The exchange request is made after the 14-day period.
- The product has been damaged due to misuse.
- The product has been tampered with or altered.
- The package is missing price tags, labels, original packaging, or accessories.
- Certain products like car cleaning kits, electrical components, and lubricants can only be exchanged if they are sealed and unused.
Returns
Can I Return My Order?
We accept returns only if:
- You received a damaged or incorrect product.
- The product is not as described on our website.
To initiate a return, notify us within 3 days of delivery via email or phone.
Exceptions & Special Conditions:
Some products have strict return conditions, including:
- Electrical parts and accessories: Must be in original packaging and unused.
- Car care products (e.g., wax, polishes, and cleaners): Cannot be returned if opened.
- Bundled or combo packs: Must be returned as a complete set, not individually.
How Long Do I Have to Return an Item?
The deadline for all returns is 3 calendar days from the delivery date.
Do I Have to Pay for Returns?
If you receive a wrong or damaged product, iFuShop will arrange for pickup and cover courier charges.
Refund Process:
Once your return is approved, the refund will be processed in one of the following ways:
- Store Credit (Coupon): Issued to your account for future purchases.
- Bank Refund: Processed within 7-10 business days.
Refund for Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are non-refundable, even if you return all items in an order.
Issues with Refund Amount?
If you believe your refund amount is incorrect, contact our Customer Service, and we will resolve the issue promptly.
iFuShop reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet the conditions mentioned above.
